Susan Reeves:
Susan has been practicing, teaching, and sharing yoga’s healing benefits for over 20 years. She specializes in Yoga for Cancer, a gentle and restorative practice. As the co-founder of Yoga Bridge®, a nonprofit offering free online yoga to cancer patients, Susan has seen firsthand how yoga can provide strength, comfort, and peace during challenging times.
Cindy Epp:
Cindy began practicing yoga 15 years ago to help ease stress and anxiety. After seeing the effects of cancer in her own family, she knew she wanted to share yoga’s healing techniques to support others. In her Yoga for Cancer classes, Cindy encourages students to find strength in the alignment of the body, to use the tool of breath to create health and peace, and to enjoy life in the present moment. It is her goal for students to feel yoga’s wonderful benefits on their mat as well as in their daily lives.
